Production Flow

1. Design and Development

  - Conceptualization: Our process begins with understanding client needs and designing packaging solutions that meet their requirements. Our design team works closely with clients to create customized solutions that align with their brand and functionality needs.

   - Prototyping: We develop prototypes to test and refine designs, ensuring they meet all specifications before moving to full-scale production.

2. Material Selection

 - Quality Materials: We source high-quality materials for our packaging, including various types of plastic such as P.E., P.P., CPE, and CPP. Our materials are selected based on their durability, functionality, and environmental impact.

3. Manufacturing

- Advanced Machinery: Our production facilities are equipped with cutting-edge Lemo German machines, renowned for their precision and efficiency. These machines specialize in the conversion process, transforming printed materials into bags with precision and consistency

- Conversion: In this process films are  converted into finished products through processes like sealing, cutting, and printing.

4. Printing

 - Flexo Printing: For high-quality prints, we use flexographic printing with up to eight colors. This method ensures vibrant, detailed designs that enhance the visual appeal of our packaging.

 - Roto Printing: We also offer rotogravure printing with up to nine colors, providing high-resolution graphics and intricate designs that meet our clients' branding needs.

5. Quality Control

  - Inspection: Every stage of production is monitored for quality assurance. Our team performs rigorous inspections to ensure that all products meet our stringent standards for performance and safety.

  - Testing: We conduct tests on various aspects of our packaging, including durability, seal integrity, and material properties, to guarantee that they perform as expected in real-world conditions.

1. Lemo German Machines

- Our facilities are equipped with advanced Lemo German machines, known for their high precision and efficiency.

These machines support various stages of production, including , conversion, and finishing, allowing us to produce high-quality flexible packaging.

  

2. Automated Filling Systems

   - We produce films specifically designed for automated filling systems. This technology ensures seamless integration with client operations, improving efficiency and accuracy in packaging processes.

6. Finalization & Delivery

- Packaging: Once the products pass quality checks, they are packaged and prepared for delivery. We ensure that all packaging is handled with care to prevent any damage during transit.

- Logistics: Our efficient logistics system ensures timely delivery of products to clients. We work with reliable shipping partners to manage the distribution process effectively.

3. Advanced Printing Technologies
